I purchased a “chattstapp.ai Premium – Paid Trial” subscription through Paddle.com Market Ltd on 13 July 2026, for the amount of 29.99 USD. My invoice reference is 2771-4251450, the transaction ID is txn_01kxe820n1tkhxpvzx68xbxafn, the payment was made with my Visa card ending in 2785, and the billing email used is onyet***[email protected]. I am based in Nigeria. Since the date of purchase I have not been able to use the service at all, because I do not have the correct app or website link to access or download “chattstapp.ai Premium.” I have therefore paid for a billing period that runs until 13 August 2026 without having any usable access to the product. I kindly request that you urgently verify this order and either restore full access by providing the correct download or access link to chattstapp.ai Premium under my account, or process a full refund of the 29.99 USD charged for this period, and inform me clearly about the next steps.
