Unexpected Charges From Paddle.net

On 7 June, my account was charged 39.98 USD by Paddle for a service called chatbot.app, even though I never knowingly subscribed to or purchased this product. This charge was completely unexpected for me and I do not recall giving any consent or authorisation for such a payment. I request that this transaction be investigated and that the full amount of 39.98 USD be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask that any related subscription, if it has been started without my clear consent, be cancelled so that no further charges are taken from my account.
