Paddle Is Making It Impossible To Cancel My Subscription!

I have been repeatedly charged for a subscription processed by Paddle that I am unable to cancel because I no longer have access to the email address associated with it. The payments of 15.10 € have been taken every week via Bancontact for approximately the last three months, and the most recent charge was made today. Since I do not have access to the original email, I cannot log in or manage this subscription in any way. I have already written to Paddle support at help@paddle, but instead of providing a direct solution, I keep being redirected automatically to a page that again requires access to the same email address, which I do not have. As a result, the charges continue against my will and I am left without any way to stop or control them. I request that Paddle immediately cancels this ongoing subscription linked to my Bancontact payments, blocks any further charges, and provides a full refund of all weekly charges taken over the last three months, including the most recent one. I also ask that this issue be resolved without requiring access to the old email address, since this is exactly what prevents me from cancelling the subscription myself.
