Paddle Unauthorized Charge For Free Trial

I started a free trial for the Craftnote app on my iPhone, but despite it being advertised as a free trial, I was charged 29.99 USD on 06/21/2026. The payment was processed by Paddle.net, and the last four digits of the card used are 6577. This charge should not have occurred during a free trial period. After noticing the charge, I contacted support and was only told that someone would reach out to me, but so far I have not received a proper response or solution. I have a screenshot of the bank receipt clearly showing Paddle.net as the merchant, so it is not acceptable to say that the transaction cannot be found. I request that my Craftnote subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount of 29.99 USD charged on 06/21/2026 be refunded to my card ending in 6577. I also expect written confirmation once the subscription is canceled and the refund is processed.
