I cancelled my NordVPN subscription on my MacBook on April 4, 2026, but on May 5, 2026, I was unexpectedly charged again for an additional year through Paddle for 27,060 yen. This renewal was not authorized by me, and I had already ended the service. The payment was processed by Paddle, and on the receipt, the transaction ID is shown as 8RN155770J1136818. The subscription was originally registered with the email address su***[email protected], but this email address is no longer valid, and I cannot use it to manage or cancel the subscription. I tried to contact Paddle about this wrongful renewal and charge, but all their systems keep sending emails to my old, invalid address, so I am unable to receive their messages or complete any verification steps. Because of this, I cannot properly communicate with them or manage this subscription. In this situation, I request a full refund of the 27,060 yen charged on May 5, 2026, the immediate cancellation of any current subscription and auto‑renewal linked to this transaction ID I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the unauthorized charge reversed.
