App.EWA and Paddle Refund Request for Wrong Course and Recurring Charges

3

I purchased the annual premium intermediate course from App.EWA on 5 December for 99.90 dollars, paid with my Garanti Bank credit card. Although I specifically bought an intermediate-level program, the app only activated a beginner-level course for me, which is not what I paid for or need. I contacted them and requested either that my program be corrected to the intermediate course I purchased or that my membership be cancelled. I did not receive a clear or satisfactory response, and my request for a refund was not resolved. In addition, I later noticed that a future recurring payment instruction had been set on my credit card without my explicit consent. The invoice was issued through Paddle.com Market Ltd with invoice reference 2376-1624932, for the billing period 5 October 2026 – 5 October 2027, amount 99.90 dollars. I request the immediate cancellation of my App.EWA membership, removal of any recurring payment instructions associated with my card, and a full refund of the 99.90 dollars charged. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and confirmation provided to me in writing. Customer name: Canan A***
