Mytrip.com Charged My Card but Didn’t Send My Manila-Palawan Flight Ticket

I booked a Manila to Palawan flight ticket today through Mytrip.com, but I have yet to receive any reservation details or flight confirmation. My flight is in just three days, and I have no access to my ticket or booking information. Despite my payment being successfully charged to my credit card, there is no trace of my ticket anywhere.
I have tried multiple times to contact Mytrip.com’s customer service, but it seems impossible to reach a representative. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable for a travel booking platform.
I need immediate assistance to receive my flight details or a full refund if they fail to provide my ticket. Mytrip.com must improve its customer service and ensure travelers do not experience such stress before their flights. I expect a prompt resolution.
