I purchased a refundable flight ticket through Mytrip.com, expecting a smooth experience. After canceling my reservation, I received an email saying I would be issued a voucher equal to the value of my canceled ticket, which I could use within one year to book another flight on their platform. Despite waiting patiently and checking my account regularly, no voucher has ever been credited.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no way to contact them effectively. Their support is practically nonexistent. I’ve submitted multiple requests and received no proper response or resolution. This is not the first issue I’ve had with Mytrip. On a previous booking, I even paid extra for an in-flight meal that was never provided—and again, there was no refund or acknowledgment.
Mytrip is selling services it doesn’t deliver and then failing to honor even its own cancellation policies. I’m now stuck with no ticket, no voucher, and no communication. I demand immediate action—either credit my account with the promised voucher or provide a full monetary refund. If not, I’ll be forced to escalate this through formal consumer complaint channels.
