MyTrip Lost My Flight: No Email, No Ticket, No Help

I purchased an airline ticket through their platform, and after the payment went through, I never received a confirmation email! Now, I can't access my flight information, and I have no idea if my reservation even exists.
To make matters worse, MyTrip's customer service keeps demanding my reservation number. How am I supposed to have a reservation number when I never received the email in the first place?! This is completely unacceptable. There's literally no one reachable to help me resolve this critical issue. My money has been taken, and I'm left without flight details and no way to contact anyone who can actually assist.
MyTrip, you need to fix this immediately! Send me my flight confirmation email with all the necessary details. Provide me with my reservation number and ensure I can access my flight information. This is a basic expectation when purchasing a ticket, and your failure to deliver is causing immense stress and frustration.
