I Paid for Flight on MyTrip App but Got No Ticket or Refund
On July 8, 2025, I purchased a flight ticket through the MyTrip mobile app. The payment was successfully processed and deducted from my account, yet my booking was never confirmed. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they supposedly “didn’t receive the payment” and that the reservation had been canceled. I was assured the payment would be refunded to my card within 48 hours.
However, it’s been several days and no refund has been issued. I’ve checked my bank account multiple times, and there is no sign of the payment being returned. As a result, I missed the original flight and couldn’t even purchase a second ticket because my funds were still held up.
This situation has left me both financially and emotionally frustrated. I demand that MyTrip immediately refund the full amount to my card and clarify why my payment was taken without issuing a valid ticket. I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
