MyIQ auto-renewed my trial, how can I cancel it?

To cancel your MyIQ plan, go to the Cancellation Portal, enter your email address and approval code, and then click for Cancel.

You can use it as long as you pay for it, but you have to cancel before the restart date to avoid being charged again.

If you signed up through Apple or Google Play, stop your subscription in the App Store or Play Store, not on MyIQ. To stop auto-renew, go to the store's manage-subscriptions page and follow the steps.

You can email [email protected] or use their 24/7 support chatbot to get help or challenge charges. The "I didn't authorize a subscription" path is another way to ask for a review or a refund.
