Hongkong Quxin Technology Keeps Charging $6 a Month After a Free IQ Test
I took an online IQ test offered by Hongkong Quxin Technology Limited around 2–3 months ago. After completing the test, I started to notice unexpected charges being taken from my wallet account without my clear consent to any subscription or recurring payment. Each time there is money available in my wallet account, a payment of 6 dollars is withdrawn by this company every month. I was not clearly informed about any ongoing subscription or repeated billing when I took the IQ test, and I did not knowingly approve such a recurring charge. I request that all unjustified charges of 6 dollars taken from my wallet be fully refunded and that any subscription or automatic payment linked to this IQ test be immediately cancelled so that no further money is taken from my account.
