MyIQ Trial Turned Into Paid Subscription Without Clear Consent
On 16-05-2026 my trial for the MyIQ IQ test was automatically converted into a paid subscription and €29.99 was charged via Apple Pay without informing me in advance or asking for my explicit consent. I was not clearly notified that the trial would turn into a paid subscription, nor was any reminder sent before the renewal. I consider this charge to be unauthorized and not in line with fair information and consent practices, as I did not actively agree to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period. I have not yet been able to resolve this directly with the company. I request a full refund of the €29.99 that was debited via Apple Pay and the immediate cancellation of any active or future MyIQ subscription linked to this trial, so that no further amounts will be charged to my account.
