Unwanted Charge By MyIQ
On October 8, 2026, I was charged $44.99 by MyIQ via my debit card without my consent. I had only agreed to an initial payment of $1 and did not authorize any recurring or additional payments. I noticed on my bank statement a transaction described as “RECURRING PYMNT 7OCT2026MYIQ.COM/CA BC” dated October 8, 2026 in the amount of $44.99. I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription or recurring plan that would justify this charge, and I was not clearly informed that such a payment would be taken. After seeing this, I cancelled my MyIQ account to prevent any future unauthorized charges. I request that the $44.99 charged on October 8, 2026 be fully refunded to my debit card and that no further charges be made to my account or card information stored with you. I expect a written confirmation that the unauthorized transaction has been reversed and that my account will not be billed again.
