MyIQ Pulled $28 From My Bank Card Without Warning or Authorization — Demanding an Immediate Refund
On May 25, 2026, an unauthorized charge of approximately $28 was made to my Ziraat Bank card by MyIQ without my knowledge or consent. I had previously used MyIQ only once for a test transaction, for which I paid at the time. Beyond that single interaction, I never agreed to any membership, recurring payment, or additional service of any kind.
The last four digits of my Ziraat Bank card are 2942. This transaction was made entirely without my authorization and has caused me real harm.
I am requesting that the $28 taken without my permission be refunded to my card as soon as possible, and that the necessary controls be put in place to ensure that no further unauthorized charges are made.
