MyIQ Recurring Card Charges Without Subscription Consent
I am filing a complaint about repeated withdrawals from my bank card by MLT ST JULIANS MYIQ COM EU without my explicit consent for a subscription. The charges are made monthly to my card issued by DSK Bank Bulgaria, with the following transactions already taken: on 15 December 2025 (transaction B43141), on 12 January 2026 (transaction B43145), on 9 February 2026 (transaction B43149), on 9 March 2026 (transaction B43152), on 6 April 2026 (transaction B53156), on 4 May 2026 (transaction B53200) and on 1 June 2026 (transaction B53025). In total, 209.93 EUR have been withdrawn over approximately seven months, and I discovered this only today when I checked my bank statements. On 10 November 2025 I only completed a one-time test related to this service, but I did not give explicit consent to enter into a paid subscription or to be charged on a recurring basis. Despite this, amounts have been regularly debited from my card without any notification, clear information or confirmation of an active subscription from my side. I have not used any services that would justify these monthly charges. With this complaint, I request a full refund of the total amount of 209.93 EUR that has been withdrawn without my clear consent, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service that may have been activated in my name, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card in the future. I expect the company and the relevant payment partners to investigate this situation and to resolve it promptly.
