Unauthorized Transaction Of MyIQ - I'm Requesting A Full Refund

On July 13, 2026 at around 2:00 a.m., I noticed a charge of $31.97 from “Myiq.comny” on my account, which I did not authorize. At that time, I was asleep and I have never knowingly made a purchase from, or created any subscription with, this company. I contacted my bank/card provider about this transaction and they informed me that they will investigate the charge. Despite this, the payment is still showing on my account and I am very concerned, as I do not recognize this company or any related service. I request that Myiq.comny immediately refunds the full amount of $31.97, cancels any subscription or recurring payments that may have been created in my name without my consent, and provides written confirmation that my information will not be used for any further charges. I want this matter resolved as soon as possible.
