MyIQ Unauthorised Subscription

Today I noticed a charge on my debit card from myiq.com for 122.42 RM as a subscription fee, even though I never subscribed to any ongoing service with them. The only payment I had previously agreed to was a one‑time charge of 0.50 USD, and at no point did I consent to a recurring subscription. After seeing this unexpected amount on my card, I contacted myiq.com and informed them that I had not agreed to this subscription or repeated charges. They replied that they would refund the money and sent a message stating that my subscription was cancelled and that several amounts, including 29.99 USD and two times 0.50 USD, would be refunded to my Visa card ending with 1487. However, they did not provide me with any official refund receipt, and my bank has not yet received or reflected the refund in my account. I request that this unauthorized subscription be fully cancelled, that no further charges be made to my card, and that the full amount taken without my consent be promptly refunded to my debit card and confirmed with proper documentation.
