MyIQ.COM Charged My Garanti Bank Card $30 With No Warning, No Email, and No Explanation

An unauthorized charge of approximately $30 was made to my Garanti Bank credit card by a company called MyIQ.COM/US without my knowledge or consent. I noticed the transaction on my statement — processed at 6:53 AM on May 12, 2026. I received no email, no SMS, and no notification of any kind, and the statement does not clearly indicate what the charge was for.
I have no membership with this company, never consciously gave any authorization, and never made any purchase through them. I also cannot find any phone number, email address, or support channel to contact MyIQ.COM/US directly. There may have been similar charges before, but today was the first time I noticed this deduction when I logged into my account, and I am genuinely harmed by it.
I am demanding that this unauthorized transaction be immediately canceled and that the full $30 charged to my card be refunded without delay. I am also requesting that any membership or subscription that may have been created under my name with this company be completely terminated, and that a written explanation be provided to me. I would also like to note that if this matter is not resolved, I will pursue my legal rights and seek compensation.
