MyIQ Charged My Card $29 Every Month Without Authorization
MyIQ has been charging $29 every month to my Ziraat Bank credit card without my knowledge or authorization. These charges occurred once each month from January through July, for a total of seven unauthorized transactions. I have never authorized any membership, purchase, or subscription with this website.
After noticing the charges, I contacted both MyIQ and my bank and filed disputes, but so far I have not received any resolution, and none of the transactions have been refunded. I also requested that all recurring charges made by this website to my card be stopped completely.
I request a full refund of all seven unauthorized $29 charges made between January and July, as well as the immediate and permanent cancellation of all recurring charges made to my card under the name MyIQ. I also request clear written confirmation regarding the resolution of this issue.
