MyIQ Never Disclosed a Subscription and Secretly Billed My Bank Account $32.54

I clicked on a MyIQ advertisement online recently and decided to try it out just for fun. The ad led me to make a small payment of $0.54 via Apple Pay, which was charged to my US Chase debit card. I made this payment around May 21, 2026, with the clear understanding that it was a one-time charge only to see my results. I did not see or agree to any trial, subscription, or recurring payment terms at any point. Despite this, on June 21, 2026, MyIQ charged my bank account $32.54 without my consent. I never signed up for a subscription, never approved any recurring payments, and I did not receive any email, SMS, or confirmation message from MyIQ after the initial $0.54 payment that would indicate a trial or membership. For me, this makes the charge look completely unauthorized and misleading. I consider this $32.54 debit to be an unauthorized charge, and I feel misled by the way the payment was presented as a simple one-time $0.54 fee. I will also be disputing this transaction with my bank. I request a full refund of the total amount taken in connection with this issue, including the $32.54 charge and the initial $0.54 if it is tied to any hidden subscription, and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring billing that may have been created in my name. I also ask for written confirmation that my details have been removed from any automatic billing system and that no further charges will be made to my card.
