Unauthorized MyIQ Subscription Charge on My Student Credit Card

On May 8, 2026, an unauthorized charge of approximately $30 was made to my Ziraat Bank youth credit card under the description "MyIQ.COM/US New York," without my knowledge or consent. This transaction does not belong to me — I never agreed to any membership or subscription with this company and have given no payment authorization of any kind.
This charge was made entirely without my permission and has caused me real harm. After noticing the transaction, I also found that my card is still active and open for use, which raises serious concerns about the security of my card information.
I am requesting that both Ziraat Bank and MyIQ.COM/US immediately cancel this unauthorized $30 transaction and refund the full amount to me. I am also asking that any memberships, subscriptions, or registrations linked to this transaction be completely terminated and that my card information be removed from their systems.
If this matter is not resolved, I will be filing a bank dispute, submitting a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and pursuing all available legal remedies. I am asking that this situation be addressed as soon as possible and that I receive written confirmation of the outcome.
