MyIQ Charging My Visa Card Monthly Without Authorization

For several months I have been charged $50 every month by myiq.com.au on my Visa card, even though I have never subscribed to this app or authorized any payment to them. I only noticed that these charges were appearing regularly on my statement and I have no account or active subscription with Myiq that would justify these withdrawals. These recurring payments are completely unauthorized from my side and I do not have any information about what service or product I am supposedly paying for. I have not yet been able to reach the company or my bank about this issue, but I want these charges to stop immediately and for the previous unauthorized deductions to be investigated. I request that myiq.com.au cancel any subscription or service that has been started in my name without my clear consent, stop all future payments from my Visa card, and refund the unauthorized monthly charges that have already been taken.
