MyIQScore Subscription Charged Me Without Clear Consent or Cancellation
I recently discovered a charge of 24.99 USD on my Capital One Discover card related to MyIQScore/possibly ziqtest. The first successful charge appeared on June 20, 2026, with the Order ID pay_9be1f151-8a35-4b61-9bf7-15a830fdb571. After that, there have been at least three more attempts to charge my card again for the same amount. I did not clearly understand that I was signing up for a paid, recurring service, and I was surprised to see this charge and the repeated attempts that followed. I am not able to access or clearly identify a cancellation portal or account to properly stop this, and this situation is causing me concern because I do not want any further charges from your side. I request that you cancel any account, subscription, or service associated with my card and the above order ID, stop all present and future charges immediately, and refund the 24.99 USD that has already been taken. I also ask you to confirm in writing that my information has been removed from any recurring billing system and that no further attempts will be made to charge my card.
