MYIQ COM Subscription Started Without My Approval
I am submitting this complaint regarding an amount of 29.9 EUR (158.87 lei) charged by MYIQ COM/US on 18.06.2026, withdrawn from my Garanti Bank card, without my consent and without me placing any subscription order. I did not request, sign up for or authorize any subscription or service from MYIQ COM/US. I only noticed that the balance on my card was lower and, after checking, I was informed about this payment and I can also see it on the June account statement. This withdrawal was made abusively, without my prior agreement. Through this complaint, I request the full refund of the amount of 29.9 EUR (158.87 lei) taken on 18.06.2026 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service opened in my name by MYIQ COM/US, as well as stopping any future charges to my card.
