Canceling My MyIQ Subscription

I have been using the MyIQ mobile app with the email address patti.***[email protected] and have been trying to cancel my subscription for about two months. However, there is no visible option in the app that allows me to cancel my account or subscription. During this period, I have also tried to reach MyIQ customer support but I have not been able to get through to anyone, so I have been left without any assistance or clear information about how to cancel. Because of this, my subscription has continued against my will. I kindly request that my MyIQ subscription be permanently cancelled and that I be reimbursed for the last two months, during which I was unable to cancel due to the missing cancel option and lack of support. I would also like written confirmation once my subscription has been fully terminated and the refund has been processed.
