MyIQ Has Been Charging My Garanti Bank Card €30 Every Month Since January

I recently discovered that my Garanti Bank credit card has been charged every month from January 2026 through the end of May 2026 under the description "Entertainment / Hobby MyIQ.COM/US," with each charge amounting to approximately €30 — for example, a charge of approximately €29 on January 19, 2026. In total, approximately €150 appears to have been taken from my card without my knowledge or consent.
I have never entered into any contract, membership, or subscription with this company, never had any phone or email communication with them, and never knowingly registered my card details for any kind of recurring payment. Despite this, regular monthly charges have been made for months, causing me both financial harm and serious concern about the security of my card information.
I am therefore filing a dispute with Garanti Bank against all of these transactions, demanding that whatever subscription or automatic payment arrangement exists be terminated immediately, and requesting a full refund of the approximately €150 charged between January and May 2026. I am asking that the harm caused by these unauthorized transactions be urgently addressed, that my card security be ensured, and that the necessary investigation and precautions be taken to prevent this from happening again.
I would also like to make clear that if this matter is not resolved, I will be filing a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office to exercise my legal rights.
