MYIQ Charged My Card Without Consent After €1 IQ Test Fee
On an online page called MYIQ.com I completed an IQ test and, in order to print the result, the site asked for a payment of 1 euro. I entered my Piraeus Bank card details and was initially charged 1 euro as displayed. However, on 9/6/2026 I noticed an additional charge of 29.99 euros made to my card without my clear consent or any prior notification that there would be such a further charge or subscription. I consider this charge to be unauthorized and misleading, because at no point during the process was it clearly stated that a subscription or extra amount of 29.99 euros would be debited. I request a full refund of the amount of 29.99 euros, the cancellation of any subscription or service that may have been activated without my knowledge, and the blocking of any future charges from MYIQ.com to my Piraeus Bank card. I ask that my request be examined and that I receive a written confirmation both for the refund and for the cancellation of any future charges.
