If you find a bug that won't go away in the latest version of Mobile Legends and want to report it, follow these steps to make sure your report gets sent:
Show evidence to back up your claim:
• Take screenshots or recordings that show what the bug is.
• Give a detailed description of how the bug works.
Add Match Information:
• Give the Battle/Match ID that you can find in the match scoreboard's bottom left corner.
• You can find your Game ID and Server ID in the top right corner of your profile and share them.
Give information about the device:
• Make it clear what kind of device you have.
Type in the game version:
• Name the current version of the game, which can be seen in the upper right corner of the loading screen.
Save replays if you need to:
• If the bug only happens during a certain match, make sure you save the replay by going to Profile > Battlefield > Replay > Save.
Call customer service:
You can tell customer service about the bug in the game by clicking on the headset icon in the upper left corner of the screen. By giving moderators such detailed information, you help them understand and fix the problem correctly.
