I’ve been experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in Mobile Legends for about two years now. I’m constantly being matched with teammates who don’t know how to play properly and perform extremely poorly, while the opposing teams always consist of strong and skilled players. This has completely ruined my gaming experience and made it impossible for me to rank up.
I’ve submitted multiple support requests, but no real solution has ever been provided. I only ask that my account (User ID: 2*01 (4016))** be individually reviewed to determine why this matchmaking problem keeps happening.

For about two years, I have been experiencing serious matchmaking issues on the Turkey server in the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. In matches, the opposing team always gets strong and experienced players, while the teammates assigned to me do not know the game, and the team balance is completely disrupted. Because of this, I lose almost every match and my enjoyment of the game has significantly decreased.
I have contacted Mobile Legends customer service multiple times to resolve this issue, but no solution has been provided. I believe the matchmaking system does not work fairly and I request a detailed review of my account and a reassessment of the matchmaking system. I especially request that my account with player ID: 27551501 (4016) be checked. Please review my account and resolve this issue so that I can be matched with more balanced and fair teams.
