Mobile Legends Card System Glitch Removed My Rewards
In Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, I experienced a serious issue involving my Bang Bang cards on May 8, 2026, at approximately 4:30 PM. I had collected and saved 15 cards in the game. However, I accidentally tapped on one of the cards, and in order to prevent it from opening, I immediately exited the game. When I logged back into the game, I discovered that all of my cards had somehow been automatically opened.
Even though all the cards appeared as opened in the system, I did not receive any rewards, gifts, or items from them. Since I have no way of knowing what rewards should have come from each card, I am currently left completely disadvantaged and disappointed. I spent significant time and effort collecting these cards, yet I received absolutely nothing in return after they were unexpectedly opened.
To resolve this issue, I request either that my cards be restored back to their previous unopened state or, if the system records can verify it, that all rewards and items that should have been obtained from those cards be fully credited to my account.
I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and that the loss and error affecting my account be corrected as soon as possible.
