Can’t Send Messages in Mobile Legends Live Streams — Chat Not Working

Since June, I’ve been experiencing a major issue while playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang on my Android device. Whenever I send messages during live streams, none of them appear in the chat. This problem happens across all live streams, every single day. Because of this, I can’t talk with friends or participate in the broadcasts.

I tried reinstalling the app and testing several solutions, but nothing worked. There’s also no help section in the in-game support menu that addresses this issue. My account has no penalties, restrictions, or warnings, and I haven’t made any changes to my device or account. The only thing that shows up during live streams are the gifts I send — my written messages still never appear. My username is d*13**, and my player ID is 1031122154 (4339).

I request that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible so I can interact and chat again during live streams.
