Mobile Legends Server Bug Removed My Match History

In Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, due to a system error that occurred on May 7, the last 4 ranked matches I played appear to have been completely deleted from the system. As a result of this issue, my star count dropped from 64 to 61. I earned all of these stars through a significant amount of time, effort, and grinding, so losing them has caused serious frustration and disappointment for me.

It has been said that this was a general game-wide issue that affected players throughout the day. I have not yet contacted in-game support or customer service regarding this problem, and I wanted to report the issue directly here first.

I request that the 4 deleted matches and all rewards connected to those matches — including the stars, win rates, and MVP records I earned — be fully restored back to my account.
