I Keep Getting Unfair Chat Bans in Mobile Legends on My Poco X6 Pro
I play Mobile Legends on my Poco X6 Pro Android device, and for the past week, I have been unfairly receiving repeated “inappropriate chat” penalties. In just one week, I was hit with this punishment at least 10 times, even though I never typed anything in the chat during those matches. These bans are completely unjust and are ruining my gaming experience. My player ID is 1373500356.
I attempted to contact in-game customer support to resolve the issue, but the system is not working and provides no way to get proper assistance. Out of frustration, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. It is extremely discouraging to be penalized for something I did not do, and it makes the game feel unfair and unbalanced.
I am requesting that these wrongful chat bans be removed from my account immediately and that the customer support system be fixed so players like me can actually receive help when issues arise. Mobile Legends needs to address this flaw and ensure fair play for its community.
