Mobile Legends Bang Bang Prize Giveaway Problem – Event Diamonds Still Undelivered

On September 26, during the “New Season—Diamonds for One Hundred Players” event in the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, I won 500 diamonds. As of today (October 17), the diamonds still have not been delivered to my account. My in-game user ID is: 1161910860 (4361).
When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was told the diamonds would be delivered within thirty business days. However, there has been no update or communication since October 4.
I paid nothing — the diamonds were a prize. I now request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the diamonds I won be credited to my account.
