Mobile Legends Ranked Matches Keep Pairing Me With AI Bots

I have been experiencing a matchmaking issue in ranked mode in Mobile Legends for quite some time. For approximately the last 40–50 matches, I have consistently been matched with AI bots on my team, and this has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game.

While I want to have a competitive experience in ranked mode, constantly ending up on a team with bot players both disrupts the balance of matches and negatively affects the rank that I have been trying to improve through my own effort. Since it is nearly impossible to reach customer service through the game or any other channel, I have not been able to properly report this problem.

I am requesting that my account be reviewed in detail, that any settings related to my account that may be causing this issue be corrected, and that the overall matchmaking system be examined. I want to play fair and balanced ranked matches with real players; I am truly tired of being matched with bots.
