I Paid for Mobile Legends Diamonds on Google Play but Didn’t Receive Them

On August 27, I purchased a 50+50 diamond pack in the Mobile Legends game using my Android device through Google Play. The payment was processed successfully, and the money was deducted from my account, but the diamonds were never credited to my game account. My in-game username/ID is 1804064442 (5469). For security reasons, I prefer to share my purchase order number only with the official support team.

This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and I was unable to find a direct way to contact Mobile Legends support regarding the issue. I either expect the diamonds I paid for to be delivered to my account immediately or a full refund of the amount charged.

Considering the purchase was made through an official channel, I find it very frustrating to face such issues with a popular game like Mobile Legends. I urge the company to resolve this problem as quickly as possible and to ensure better customer support so players are not left without answers when their money is taken but the purchased items are not delivered.
