Mobile Legends Server Fire Caused My Skins and Event Items to Disappear

I am writing this complaint because of an issue I experienced in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Due to a fire that occurred on your servers, the game was temporarily unavailable on May 7. When I logged back into the game on May 8, I realized that my costume/skin and event fragments had disappeared from my account. I saw that many other players who experienced the same issue received compensation and rewards from the game, but so far I have not received any compensation, restoration, or response.

My in-game account ID information is: 1494779615 (4430). I want my missing skin and event fragments to be fully restored to my account. Losing content that I spent a long time collecting through effort and gameplay was extremely disappointing, and seeing other players compensated while I received nothing made the situation even more frustrating.

I attempted to report the issue through the in-game support section, but I did not receive any result or solution. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that my missing skin and event fragments be completely restored to my account, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the outcome of the investigation and compensation process.
