Mobile Legends has started ruining many parts of the game experience lately. Even in matches where we play well and perform successfully, the system still gives unnecessary credit score penalties that push players backward. There seems to be no proper technical team and no real customer service where players can clearly report or discuss these problems.
The game is starting to become increasingly frustrating and unreasonable because of these unfair punishments. What makes the situation even worse is that when players ask why these penalties are being given, even the support side appears unable to explain the reason clearly.
I believe the current penalty and credit system in Mobile Legends needs to be seriously reviewed and fixed. Players should not be punished unfairly in matches where they have done nothing wrong, and there should be a transparent explanation system along with proper customer support to handle these issues professionally.
