Mobile Legends Server Problem Caused My Mythic Stars to Disappear
Due to the server problems experienced on the Mobile Legends TR server on May 7, many players, including myself, were unable to log into the game for a long period of time. However, the main issue became apparent when I logged into the game again on the morning of 05/08/2026 at around 9:30 AM. Normally, I had at least 31 stars in Mythic rank, but when I checked my account, I noticed that my rank had suddenly dropped to Mythic 26 stars.
More importantly, none of the ranked matches I played on May 6 are visible anymore. These matches do not appear on my profile, nor are they listed in the match history section. It looks as if the games I spent hours playing and ranking up in were never played at all. Because of these missing matches and lost stars, I am experiencing serious frustration and unfair progression loss.

I request that the matches and Mythic stars lost due to the server problems be investigated and restored, along with my account statistics being returned to their previous correct state. I also ask that the technical issues causing these problems be properly investigated and permanently fixed to prevent similar situations from affecting other players in the future.
In addition, I would like to point out that although I already reported the issue through the in-game support system, I have not received any response or follow-up regarding my complaint.
