Mobile Legends Naruto Skins Disappeared After Server Issue
I would like to report a serious issue I experienced in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Recently, the game displayed a warning stating that players could not log in for a period of time due to a fire-related incident affecting the servers. Just one day before this happened, I had purchased two Naruto skins in the game. I bought these skins on approximately 05/06 at around 7:05 PM and spent diamonds to obtain them.
Today, I was finally able to log back into the game. However, I discovered that the Naruto skins I purchased are no longer visible in my account. In addition, the diamonds I spent to purchase those skins have not been returned to my account either. I am currently using account ID 246636941 (4054), and the issue is occurring specifically on this account.
I request that my missing Naruto skins be restored to my account immediately and that the transaction records related to these purchases be reviewed if necessary. I also ask that the missing skins and the diamonds spent on them be corrected and restored as soon as possible.
