Mobile Legends Star Membership Level Is Stuck at 30

In the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, I received a Star Membership as a compensation reward on my account. However, even though I complete all of the tasks included in the Star Membership, the membership level does not increase at all and remains permanently stuck at level 30.

This issue has been continuing since May 12. I contacted the in-game support section and sent a message explaining that I had received the Star Membership through compensation rewards, that I was completing the missions but the event level was not increasing and remained at level 30, and that I wanted information regarding the issue. Despite this, I have not received any response. My in-game account name is “★ Ełįf❦”.

I want this bug to be investigated and fixed so that my Star Membership level progression works correctly and I can fully benefit from the event as intended. In addition, if I lost any progress, rewards, or rights during this issue, I request that they also be compensated appropriately.
