My Hayabusa Summer 2018 Skin Disappeared After Mobile Legends Server Update

In Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by Moonton, I had previously obtained the Hayabusa Summer 2018 skin through the Alice Collector event by spending diamonds and using the in-game draw system. However, after the fire incident that recently occurred in the game and the server refresh/maintenance that followed a few days ago, this skin completely disappeared from my account and no longer appears in my inventory.

I obtained this skin entirely by spending my own diamonds through the event draws, so losing something that I earned through both effort and in-game spending has been extremely upsetting and frustrating.

I request that the Hayabusa Summer 2018 skin, which I previously owned on my Mobile Legends account, be restored to my account immediately. If necessary, I ask that account history and transaction records be reviewed in order to confirm my ownership and resolve this issue. I also have screenshots available as evidence if needed.
