Mobile Legends Removed My Franco Wild West Skin Without Explanation

I can no longer access the “Wild West” skin for Franco in Mobile Legends, even though it was previously active on my account. I had been using this skin for a long time, but when I wanted to play Franco last month, I suddenly noticed it was gone. It may have been removed earlier, but that was when I became aware of it.

I originally won this skin through a past draw and had continued using it ever since. I have not committed any violation, broken any rules, or requested a refund, so I cannot understand why the skin was removed from my account. In addition, I have not experienced any reduction in diamonds, payments, or any other in-game benefits on my account. My in-game ID number is: 152200574(4039).

I was unable to communicate effectively with customer service through the in-game support system, and my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that my missing Franco “Wild West” skin be restored to my account, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation as to why it was removed.
