Miniso Sells Incomplete $7 Glass Cup and Won't Deliver Missing Lid

On July 7, 2024, I purchased a glass cup with lid from the Kanyon Miniso store for $7. I bought the product as a gift, and when I went to Bursa, I noticed that the lid wasn't in the box. I then went to the Sur Yapı Miniso store and explained the situation. However, they stated that they couldn't provide the lid because they didn't have the same product in stock, and they couldn't process a refund because I didn't have my credit card with me. When I asked for a solution, they said they could have the lid brought from the Kanyon store, and while I was in the store, they contacted and made an arrangement with the Kanyon branch. I stopped by the store one more time after that day, but they said the lid hadn't arrived yet. No one has reached out to me since, and when I call both stores, I can't get through.
I request that the missing part (lid) of the product I paid for be delivered to me as soon as possible.
