Miniso Store Throws Away Lost Water Bottle Without Notifying Customer

On November 10, 2025, we left my daughter's water bottle at the Miniso store in Adana M1 Real mall, and despite calling the store for days afterward, the phones weren't answered, and when they were answered, I was told "It's not here."When I personally went to the store three days later, they told me they had found the water bottle but had thrown it away.Despite calling every day about a lost item, I didn't receive a proper response, and then learning that the found product was thrown away without notifying me was both very upsetting and seriously shook my trust in the store. At the very least, I would have expected them to inform me when they found the item and give me an opportunity to come pick it up.I expect them to send me a replacement for the water bottle they threw away, and I expect an apology from the store management for the communication and approach during this process.
