On November 19, 2024, I visited the Miniso store in Mall of Antalya and tested the Albatros Taccini perfume. I sprayed it once, and the fragrance lasted for hours, which I liked. The next day, November 20, 2024, I went back to the store and purchased the same perfume.
However, the product I bought is nothing like the tester. Despite several sprays, it has no scent at all—it’s like spraying water. I tried reaching customer service by phone but couldn’t get through. I also messaged the WhatsApp support line but received no response.
I plan to return the product to the store, but I would like proper guidance and clarification from customer service before doing so. Please address this issue promptly and provide a solution.
