Miniso Refuses Refund After Harry Potter Water Bottle Breaks on First Use

Store response: When I took the product to the store 1 week later, they said they "couldn't help"
The lid of the Harry Potter themed water bottle I purchased from the Miniso Adana M1 Real branch on 11/01/2025 came off in my hand during the first wash, and the product became completely unusable. Even though I took the product to the store a week after purchase, they refused to help and stated that no solution would be offered.
As a consumer, I believe the product should be evaluated as a defective item. Even though I don't have my receipt, the transaction can be verified through my credit card purchase record and the store/POS records. My request is for a refund of the amount I paid. I ask that this matter be reviewed and my refund be processed quickly.
