Miniso Refuses Exchange on Gift Item Despite Included Exchange Card

On October 11, 2025, at the Kadıköy Rıhtım Miniso store, I wanted to exchange a rechargeable night light that was given as a gift for my daughter's birthday. There was an exchange card included with the product. Initially, the store employee said that exchanges could only be made at the store where the product was purchased. However, once they saw their own store's name on the receipt, they accepted the exchange.
There was no damage or deficiency in the box, and the product was complete and in working condition. The only issue was that the product's inner plastic packaging was missing. For this reason, my exchange request was denied. When I asked the store manager how they could help, they stated they couldn't help.
I'm having difficulty understanding why such a large company would be so inflexible and offer no solution for a product that has an exchange card and was purchased as a gift. I want to exchange the product and I request that my grievance be resolved.
