Miniso Charges $17 for Item Marked $4—Manager Refuses to Honor Shelf Price

On October 29, 2025, I shopped at the Miniso store in First Avenue Istanbul. The products I purchased were displayed on a stand with the same items all at one discounted price. After I paid, I noticed the price was different. I informed the store manager, a woman, about this situation and my consumer right to receive the product at the displayed price. The lady said that the store had been reorganized and that she could only offer a refund. When I repeated the same thing, she displayed a rude and mocking attitude with a comment like "What are we dealing with, what are you dealing with?" I told her that I couldn't be expected to know about work happening in the store and that if there was a reorganization, the price there should have been completely removed. She then displayed another very, very unsupportive and ridiculous attitude, saying something like "If I have to give it to you at that price, then you have to check the milliliters." There was no amount matching the price I paid either on the bottom or top of the stand. I purchased a $4 product for $17. All the same products were on the stand where I bought it. After that, she said "If you want to make a fuss, I can ask my regional manager for a discounted price for you." As if she was doing me a favor. I didn't ask for something I'm not entitled to—I asked for what I'm entitled to. Despite me pointing out that her manner of speaking and attitude were wrong, she didn't accept it. The price on the stand was immediately removed by a store employee. I stated that I would file a complaint and asked for it to be put back so I could take a picture of it. The store manager said "Complain wherever you want." I have a complaint about her rude and sarcastic attitude and her lack of effort to support me, especially at a time when your brand is represented and customer satisfaction should be a fundamental principle. I request your support so that assistance can be provided regarding the product and the necessary warning can be given to the staff.
